Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to PCs, printers (especially LaserJet), and kiosk machines.
Networking (LAN/WAN/VPN): Setup and maintenance of local and wide area networks, including VPN with Checkpoint and crimping RJ45 cables (T568B).
Server & System Configuration: Experience with Windows Server setup, Active Directory, RSAT tools, and MikroTik routing configuration.
Web Application Support: Supporting TrakCare EMR and managing web-based systems using XAMPP and PHPRad Studio (basic level).
Cloud & Email Management: Microsoft 365 Admin Center operations, cPanel for email domain management, and NAS data backup strategies.
